Not a Yankee fan, but sitting in the Bleachers at Yankee Stadium against the Sox is a pretty spectacular experience. Prior to the game, I was watching batting practice with some friends of mine, just taking in the sights of the ball-park, not paying much attention to anything. Bad move when you're in right field of Yankee Stadium. The next thing I hear is "Heads Up!" and I turn around... a long fly ball hit by Hideki Matsui pegs me right in the chest. No, I did not get the ball! But I had a pretty rad welt for about a week that I was proud of.

Not a bad game. I was with Yankee fans so if they lost I would of had to hear about how they didn't deserve to on the ride home. Jeter and ARod homered, as well as Manny and Varitek. It was during the early Joba days where he was just called up from the minors, the place was ELECTRIC when he pitched. And he a damn good 8th inning striking out the side. A role he doesn't get to see much anymore. The match-up was Dice-K vs Pettite for anyone interested.
